1. 平板運輸半掛車車身主梁采用高強鋼自動焊接工藝，一次成型，承載力強，穩定性好；

2. 整車采用自動化噴丸處理，清除鏽蝕、油汙，提高油漆附著力，采用噴粉、烤漆工藝， 漆膜厚度均勻飽滿， 達到美觀、耐腐蝕的效果。

2. Automatic shot blasting is adopted for the whole vehicle to remove rust and oil stain and improve the adhesion of paint. Powder spraying and paint baking process are adopted, so that the thickness of paint film is even and full, and the effect of beauty and corrosion resistance is achieved.
