1. 罐體結構：罐體材料采用國內知名鋼廠的高強度輕型合金鋼，性能好；先進的  自動化焊接工藝，確保罐體強度高，受力均勻，密封性好；喉管式流化床、無側  滑板結構、氣料分離裝置及安全卸料裝置，有效降低了車輛自重、提高了卸料速度；
2. 卸料結構：大錐角設計，卸料阻力小，卸料速度快，杜絕物料積存；
3. 塗裝優勢：整車采用自動化噴丸處理，清除鏽蝕、油汙，提高油漆附著力，采  用噴粉、烤漆工藝，漆膜厚度均勻飽滿，達到美觀、耐腐蝕的效果。

 steel with good performance from Chinese   well-known steel plants; the advanced automatic welding process ensures high strength, uniform stress and   good sealing performance of the tank body; throat-type fluidized bed, sideless slide plate structure, gas-material   separation device and safe unloading device effectively reduce the dead weight of the vehicle and improve   the unloading speed;

2. Unloading structure: large cone angle design, small unloading resistance, fast unloading speed, and free from   material accumulation;
3. Coating advantages: automatic shot blasting treatment is adopted for the whole vehicle to remove rust and   oil stain and improve the adhesion of paint. Powder spraying and paint baking process are adopted, so that the   thickness of paint film is even and full, and the effect of beauty and corrosion resistance can be achieved.
